Lucy Burt’s alchemy in make-up started early. Age ten she pilfered her mother’s Christian Dior glitter dip eye shadow, and patted her lips with Nivea face cream for a 60s feel.
Colour or avant-gardism, when it appears in Lucy’s work, is always refined. Her creative yet considered eye as well as her ability to gel easily with people has led to advertising projects for clients such as J.J S Lee, H&M, Mulberry, Markus Lupfer, Stella McCartney, Topshop and Zara.
Lucy is currently the beauty editor at Twin magazine and regularly contributes to titles that include Another, Dazed & Confused, i-D, Self Service, V Magazine and international Vogue titles.
